Our services
Façade renovation
Cleaning, repairing and restoring façades for houses and buildings throughout Belgium.
Façades: our expertise
The façade is the first thing people see of your building, but it is also its first protection against rain, wind and temperature changes. Over time it gets dirty, cracks appear, joints deteriorate and damp can set in. A well-executed renovation restores the house's appearance while protecting the structure for the long term.
Elite Building Group handles façade renovation from A to Z: assessing the surface, repairing cracks and damaged areas, treating damp areas, then applying the chosen finish – render, textured plaster, façade paint or external wall insulation.
We work on terraced houses as well as detached houses, apartment buildings and commercial buildings. Every façade is different: we adapt products and methods to the existing surface (brick, block, concrete, old render).

Why it matters
Energy
A renovated façade can be insulated at the same time, limiting heat loss through the walls.
Weatherproofing
Cracks and open joints let water in; a repaired façade protects the masonry and the interior.
Appearance
The façade creates the first impression of your property and contributes directly to its value.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need permission to renovate a façade?
It depends on the municipality and the type of work. A simple like-for-like refresh often does not require it, but a change of appearance or colour may need approval. We advise you to check with your municipality's planning department before work starts.
When is the best time to renovate a façade?
Façade work is best done in dry, frost-free weather. Spring, summer and early autumn are the most favourable periods.
Can I stay in the house during the work?
Yes. Façade work is done from the outside; we protect windows and entrances to limit day-to-day disruption.
Do you also offer façade insulation?
Yes, we carry out external wall insulation. See our External wall insulation page.
How long does a façade renovation take?
It depends on the surface area, the condition of the surface and the chosen finish. We give you an estimated duration in the quote, after the visit.
